I’m a relational and psychodynamic therapist who integrates principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, intimacy, and sexuality. I’m especially drawn to working with people who are curious about themselves and their relationships, but may find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, disconnection, or feeling pressure to have everything figured out. Through an attachment-focused lens, I help clients better understand the emotions, needs, and relational patterns that may be shaping how they connect with themselves and the people closest to them.
In my work with couples, I support partners in slowing down the patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected and creating more space for honest communication, emotional intimacy, and deeper understanding of one another. I also have a particular interest in sex therapy and enjoy helping individuals and couples explore concerns related to desire, arousal, sexual communication, intimacy, performance anxiety, sexual pain, and differences in sexual needs or experiences. I approach conversations about sex and sexuality with openness, curiosity, and without judgment, recognizing how deeply our relationships with intimacy can be shaped by culture, family, relationships, and the messages we have received throughout our lives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I’m interested in understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you move through the world today. Together, we can make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface while building greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and more intentional ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have the right words or arrive with everything figured out. My hope is to create a relationship where you feel supported enough to be honest, curious, and challenged when needed—while moving toward relationships, intimacy, and a life that feel more authentic and connected.
