At The Inner Room Co., therapy is thoughtfully tailored to the individual. An eclectic, integrative approach is used, drawing from a range of frameworks and allowing the work to unfold in a way that feels aligned with each client’s unique needs. Rather than fitting clients into a specific model, the work is rooted in the belief that each person is the expert on their own experience. The therapist’s role is to walk alongside with care and curiosity — offering perspective, insight, and guidance — while creating space for clients to better understand themselves, their inner world, and move toward meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Natalene.

The Inner Room Co. was created as a space to support adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, or experiencing a sense of disconnection from themselves or their relationships. My work is grounded in collaboration, offering a steady and supportive space to explore challenges related to emotional well-being, relationships, intimacy, and sexual health.

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I provide an affirming environment to explore concerns around desire, performance, relational dynamics, and sexual functioning with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.

My approach centers on developing a deeper understanding of your inner world. Together, we explore how past and present experiences may be shaping your current patterns, beliefs, and relationships. Through this process, therapy becomes a space for insight, growth, and meaningful change — supporting you in building greater connection, clarity, and emotional resilience.

I integrate evidence-based practices within a person-centered, relational framework, tailoring the work to meet your unique needs, goals, and pace. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
